Mac and Cheese

Ingredients:

  • Two cups of water
  • Two cups of heavy cream
  • Three cups of shredded cheddar cheese

Short Ribs

Ingredients:

  • Eight short ribs
  • Two cups of beef stock
  • Carrots, onions and celery diced and peeled
  • Three minced garlic cloves
  • Two tablespoons of tomato paste
  • Eight small red potatoes
  • Two tablespoons of olive oil
  • Sea salt and black pepper

Procedure

Season the short ribs with sea salt and black pepper. Next, pour the olive oil into the power pressure cooker’s pot. Place the ribs in the power pressure and press the chicken/meat button to brown the ribs on all sides. Remove ribs once browned. Add the veggies, garlic and tomato paste into the pot and sauté for a few minutes. Then add the ribs back into the pot with the potatoes and broth.  Now place the lid on top, lock it in place and press the stew button.
